Your information in the pilot

Korken is operated by Jelle Holding ApS, CVR 43072234, Gudenåparken 21, 7160 Tørring, Denmark. The company is responsible for processing information submitted through Korken’s own forms.

What we store

• Saving a draft stores the copy, photos and time of creation. Inquiries store your name, email and message in Korken’s private inbox.
• A website is prepared from an inquiry with an attached draft. Korken reviews it before issuing a customer link or publishing it. Customer edits are stored for a new review.
• Anyone with a draft viewing link can view that version. A private customer link allows its holder to view the approved website and submit edits. Keep private links secure.
• Your inquiry email is not shown on your website. A contact email you deliberately enter as public website content is displayed publicly after publication.
• Your browser can store a local draft and private session access. Temporary counters limit abuse without storing IP addresses in plain text. There is no advertising or marketing tracking.

Optional AI writing

If you choose AI writing, the community name, type and website copy are sent to OpenAI for writing and translation. The private inquiry fields and image uploads are not included. Do not put sensitive information in website copy. AI text must be checked for accuracy.

Local inspiration sends the community name, area and language to OpenAI to search public web sources. If you apply and save a suggestion, its text and source links are stored with the draft. Check that the sources describe the correct place.

Reservations

Booking requests store your name, email, resource, date, time and status. The booking administrator and Korken can access these details to handle the reservation. Public availability shows only occupied times. Resend sends receipts and status updates. Demo reservations are not stored or sent. Reservation records are retained during the pilot; contact the booking administrator or info@korken.dk to request correction or deletion.

Email confirmations

Resend sends confirmation emails and processes your recipient address, reference and, where applicable, your private viewing link. Korken stores sending status for troubleshooting. These emails do not grant editing access.

Test payments

The payment integration is limited to Stripe’s test environment. No real payment is collected. Do not enter real card information in a test checkout.

Storage and your requests

Only upload content you are allowed to share. Drafts and inquiries are retained during the pilot. Contact info@korken.dk to request access, correction or deletion. Hosting and storage use Sites and Cloudflare.

No order

A draft, inquiry or test payment does not create a binding order. A finished website requires a separate agreement.
